Yes! You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time through your account settings. When switching to yearly billing, you'll immediately save up to 37% compared to monthly billing. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all new features and your payment is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, you keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, then your plan automatically adjusts at renewal.

How do additional seats work for Organization plans?

Organization plans include 2 team member seats. You can purchase additional seats for $12/month each. Additional seats can be added or removed anytime through your account settings, and changes are prorated to your billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Organization plans, we can also arrange annual invoicing for enterprise customers. Contact us at hello@teamcentral.app for invoice billing options.
